NORTH SIDE OF BIG MOUNT PEEL

This is a view from the Scott's farm to the north of Big & Little Mt Peel which are at either end of the painting.

The piles of stones are a feature of the Ruapuna, Montalto area where the land has been cleared of stones over the years as they have surfaced while ploughing.
