Waihi Peak and Blue Mountain from McKeown Rd

This is the view from near Woodbury, a small Village behind Geraldine. Very parochial I know, all these obscure places no one has a clue about, but it is my backyard and so it's what I know and paint.

This morning I had several home schooled kids looking over my shoulder between their music lessons. They also joined me for the painting of Margarets goats in the afternoon. One of the boons of home schooling is that if there's interesting stuff happening you can go be part of it.
